Easy, simple and speedy set-up. The staff are super friendly and helpful, they walk you to your storage room and explain the process of accessing it on your own, in some case they even help carry our stuff. Would highly recommend.
Had an absolutely fantastic and seamless experience with Jason at the Wapping office. Helped me with boxes, getting click and collect discount and making sure I got the room that suited me. He went above and beyond as was really great at creating the perfect customer experience at which was a pretty stressful time for myself. Thank again!
I would recommend Big Yellow without any hesitation. The staff is extremely friendly, they offer good price and services. During Covid I booked a storage with them and moved remotely my stuff there. All the members of the staff were very responsive and made this a very smooth experience.
Only things to note: read carefully the contract to see whether you need to buy an insurance, a padlock on your own, although they did inform me of that beforehand. Also the price can be expensive but if you find something cheaper they can try and match it.

Went to collect some boxes. I didnt have my mask, i should have known better as i work in a GP. But the staff member was very polite and explained the circumstances, bought the boxes out for me. Very quick and friendly service.
Really easy and simple process (online first and then later in person). Jason was very helpful in explaining how the storage process works and was able to answer all of my questions. However, on a separate note - be aware that the quote process does not take in to account availability, so it’s quite deceptive when comparing companies, as I had to upsize significantly from my original quote.
