LOVESPACE

This is absolutely the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. They are not clear and there is absolutely no transparency between them and the customer. They raise the prices as they wish and whenever they want without informing. The price for the storage was supposed to be 45£ for one month but surprisingly the second month that amount was around 90£ and third month around 65£. Don’t ever take a word from them because they will change it. Also, the delivery when I first checked was supposed to be 35£, two days later when I check it became 90£ and it’s increasing by the hours. I still apparently have a “-15£” outstanding balance to be paid for this month, but since I’m getting my things before the end of the contract I don’t need to pay anything extra but for the delivery. This company doesn’t understand and doesn’t even try to help. It is just straight up robbery from us students. Students are supposed to be helped and not screwed. Finally, I do not recommend ANYONE to go for this company because their work is absolutely unethical and unprofessional. Nothing will work fine or go as planned with this company unless if they drain your pocket perhaps. I am currently contacting as much people as possible whom have scammed and robbed by LOVESPACE and will submit a complaint to “Consumer Rights” and working with a Lawyer to end this student annihilation. You can read my last review down here to know what happened with me, but to tell the truth the company’s CEO is a great guy who well help you immediately —- The amount of extra charges you pay after dealing with them is insanely surprising --- and when am talking extra I mean 50 - 100 pounds for every charge -- and yes there are multiple charges When you apply for packing they give you a very cheap storing price, a price that directly tells you to not chose any other company but them, and then in a sudden they double that price; of course after you've already had a contract with them Not to mention the fact of high delivery prices, my CONTRACT EXPIRED on the 15th of Sep, so I wanted to get my belongings one day before the contract ends just to be surprised that the delivery cost is again double the price. When I saw the nonsense delivery price I tried to book a delivery on the last day of my contract to be shocked that they charge you for a new month of storage in advance if you book a delivery on the end of your contract I have at least paid double the expected price and after what happened I may expect more!!!!

[Being an international student, I trusted them with the job of collecting and storing all my stuff. So, apparently they forgot to clear out three drawers.] Anyways, here’s an update: they’ve taken up my matter very seriously and are making efforts to find my stuff. I appreciate the call, the initiative and the compensation that I’ve been given.

Do not. I repeat, do not use this awful service! You will regret it! I paid over around £280 of an initial fee for my stuff to be packed during the COVID pandemic, and stored for 3/4 months and they have taken the Liberty and not picked up my mini fridge and TV, now what they picked up, is worth less than the initial fee I paid, because they didn’t pickup my TV or mini fridge, and they are saying that they are not “liable for it” now which is ridiculous, since I stated take everything in the room! And they have done absolutely nothing to put things right! Do not use this service ever!

After trialling a handful of cowboys via various logistic platforms online - I decided to use LOVESPACE to pack, move and store some boxes before lockdown. The staff were on time, super helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I experienced no delays with the return of my belongings and with no damages. From a pricing point, LOVESPACE was great value - I highly recommend them and would definitely use their services again.
