Rubbish customer service! Only put one star as couldn't post with no stars! I rang this company, having never used them before and was told someone would call mevackthat same day, still haven't had a call! That was 5 days ago!
Shredall has carried out our shredding of confidential office waste since 2005, effectively at a competitive rate. Without doubt the service is always outstanding. All the team at our offices only have praise for the service. Customer service is great and the drivers are brilliant, under the effective management of the Operations Manager they carry out their work professionally, diligently and quickly. Nothing seems a problem; they have been flexible in their approach and work ethic. All aspects of Health and Safety and compliance are adhered to. The invoicing has been accurate and clear with signed completion notes to ensure a good paper trail for audit. Communication has been excellent for reasons of change in service, meetings etc..
I also use SDS Document Storage for daily back up tape storage. An excellent company to work with, they provide a great service and their staff are not only very professional but friendly too. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone!
