Very disappointed in Mail shop My partner and I purchased a reclining chair in March during lockdown When we put it together (both ladies I'm 70 my partner 65) it was crooked to the eye! We took it apart and reassembled all to no avail. We were shielding as I have health issues but thought no worries as soon as my brother can visit us I'll get him to look at it. He confirmed the brackets on the rear were were not lined up, So I contacted MailShop . The consultant I chatted with via email confirmed (I sent pictures) that there was a slight manufacturing problem with the brackets! Hoorah I thought we will get a chair which I can bare to look at... Not so. A £15 refund was offered despite them agreeing it was a manufacturing fault I am trying to contact citizens advice to see if I have a case, I know we were late reporting but. I still thought this was shabby and I certainly won't be buying anything else from them . And as for the £15 ,sun and shine come to mind! Whatever happens I certainly won't be claiming that, and said chair will find its way to a charity shop Shame on you MAILSHOP I wish I could give you nil stars!! Sharon

Few people I know left here with mentel health issue after being abused and pressured by staff, nothing is good enough, also lie to get around workers rights. Make sure u ask for receipt when u pass over your cv. Don't take full time.
