Very very poor service, rude phone operator. Definitely the worst service I've received as a customer. Absolutely appalling.

A friendly company offering excellent service from the start, from both the Richford and the RAC, they recovered my van from the M1 services after a the rad blew. Took me to a hotel for the night. Worked through the day replacing the rad, and I was back on the road that evening. Thanks.
I called Green Flag for assistance and they were able to locate me and advised assistance was on the way. After 90 minutes I called to see where they were, and after a long spell on hold, I was told they were busy, and a local garage (Richford Motors) was going to arrive, but had been delayed, they said they were only 20 minutes away. I then received 3 calls over the next hour from Richford Motor Services, who told me he was still 20 minutes away. When the van arrived, I had waited just under 3 hours. He jump started my car in minutes, which was great – but the AA would have been much quicker to arrive.
Should be awarded the title of worse recovery company in the UK. How could you leave us stranded on the M1 for 4 hours on the hottest day ever.
When I called Green Flag (after 3 hours) to find out where you where, I was told I was wrong, and you must have already arrived because your status was showing as on scene on their screen?
I told them you must be invisible, or you obviously lied about your whereabouts to make your performance look good.
Your driver did arrive - over 4 hours after my first call to Green Flag. Disgusted with your poor service!
