We have used this company for quite a while and have had a great service from them in the past. Sadly things have deteriorated so badly over the past few weeks that we are having to go elsewhere in order to keep our customers happy. Goods are often not collected at all or collected late. There is almost no customer support and either the staff are completely overwhelmed or they don't care - either way, trying to get answers is extremely painful. Sort it out guys as you will loose all of your customers.
