Always busy but every time I go in and order glasses there is an issue with the prescription. Last visit I was sold a new prescription pair of glasses - I didn't need them and received a refund. It felt like it was a selling machine and they were trying to get as much money from me s they could.
Staff I saw were very nice.
Really attentive and helpful staff. Very easy visit for eye test and glasses.
Rubbish service. Needed a minor repair and the girl had started on my glasses and was told to stop. Called next day and they couldn't find them. Told eventually they needed a part. Waited 4 days and went to the shop to be told I was lying about what had happened and they couldn't repair them as they couldn't get spares. These were 14 months and had cost£250. Eventually they agreed to try a repair and I got them back the following day. It should not have been so difficult and they should have been keeping me informed, not me chasing them. They lost my expensive ultralight case tho and palmed me off with a cheap one!
A very professional well run opticians in the centre of town
Good service ans staff knowledgeable and helpful.
