Lost for words , food gave our dogs projectile diarrhea, AND WIND LIKE YOU HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED, HAD THIS BRAND BEFORE SO UNUSUAL took the food straight back to change . Would not give refund ! : response : 'WHAT AM i GOING TO DO WITH IT NOW ITS OPEN, I SELL THIS FOR £23.99 , IT COSTS £20. CUSTOMER FOR 20 YEARS , FIRST PROBLEM. Not good is it ?? Quite upset really as the staff are usually a pleasure .
