Always a pleasant experience, gone out of their way with me over xmas returns, extremely helpful
useless, unless you don't have a job -then they will work to times that suit you. For those of us whom have to work for a living then you've no chance of them being open at a time that doesn't involve you taking time off work.
Visited to pick up a parcel, after trying to call. Checked the website and Google to find that they should be open. Arrived to find post on fence saying they were closed. Very annoyed will certainly be avoiding using the royal mail in all future endeavours.
I have attempted to update opening times, and added the post on the gate.
Usually very good but revised hours a nightmare if u are working full time tried to rearrange delivery. no chance of getting through on phone Web site request failed miserbly
