I can't fault this company, it is a shipping machine! Was super busy through black friday but all my orders went out on time with ZERO stress. All the information I need is on the app and chat is a convenient way of managing any issues. I am launching in America next year and will definitely be using their centres over there. Recommended

THIS is possibly the worst company I have ever worked with in my life! All good till you try to get your things out of storage. For about 2 months I am trying to get them out and send 2 of the biggest delivery companies in the world to pick up my parcels and they simply say it is unavailable. to this day I do not know where they are and what they are doing! .Also they do not have a contact number. You can not speak to them on the phone at all .

Fulfilment crowd saved my business from ruin during lockdown. I can't speak highly enough of these guys - was onboarded within hours of speaking to their sales team and shipping my products within days. New ticketing system has taken some time to adjust to, but overall, the service and peace of mind is worth every penny.

Tried to contact over ten fulfilment companies to help launch my new brand. Most said they weren't interested, some didn't reply at all. Fulfilment Crowd were the only company who backed me right from the start and choosing them as our fulfilment partner was the easiest decision I have made so far. Launch went to plan and my customers are getting their products with no hassle. All I'll say about Fulfilment Crowd is good service, reasonable rates and nice people to deal with.
