My partner and I visited yesterday and the customer service couldn't be better. Vanna (I think that was her name) went above and beyond to help us decide what we wanted and to know all the options, the manager was brilliant too. It was our first time looking at Sofology and we are so impressed!

Very good instore stating that our sofa will be delivered within 7 weeks etc. Reality - 3 months later still awaiting delivery and nobody able to answer any questions. Stick with your local independent stores where you'll very likely get an honest service. Once bitten.........

Bought our corner unit from Cardiff store in 2019. It was delivered June 2019, in the October the suite was put into storage. We had the suite out of storage July 2020. So we actually used the suite for 7 months. The leather is loose and saggy on one of the seats. The insurance company says it not their problem. I contacted sofology, they sent a guy to look who says the frame and support is ok. The cushions have sank after 7 months. And the insurance not responsible for the company. This is sub standard rubbish they are selling. We were pressured into buying insurance which is useless and the company don't want to know. They get your money then wash there hands of you. If they spent as much time looking after customers as they go fobbing them off they would have a lot better reputation. Someone is responsible for the poor quality of this furniture. I hope they step up and help resolve this. I would buy from local store in future

Bought a recliner sofa & two chairs back in 2018. After a hard sell by three different members of staff at Sofology. I also took out the protection insurance for a total of £3,194. The furniture is of a very poor quality the leather has scuffed on all three. I'm currently battling with the insurance company to get it repaired. But they are ducking and diving. I rang Sofology to complain about the quality of the furniture and the way the insurance company is handling my case. They were not interested. And said I needed to go back to the insurance company. Even though they Sofology gave me the hard sell on the protection I would have by taking this policy out. Its nothing but over priced JUNK. I think all the money must be going to Owen Wilson

worst place to buy sofas don't reply to emails and do not answer phone calls and dont deliver on time would never use them again even the store don't respond
