I have spoken to staff at the Goldfish Bowl on the phone on several occasions and have visited the store in person. All the staff have been extremely helpful and given excellent advice. Barry, in particular, is very knowledgeable and has gone out of his way to help me and my son. I guarantee that you will not get better service anywhere else.

Super awesome team, very knowledgeable and have the fishes interests at heart. Made a mistake going to a local petshop, who gave me terrible advice. So went to goldfish bowl for help and that's what I got advice, support and guidance. Best fish shop ever.. Will never go anywhere else!!

I just purchased a crew of beautiful and healthy Stendker Discus from Berry and Co.! I am so impressed! They are lively, hungry and adventurous (coming from a Discus keeper)! The customer service at Goldfish Bowl is second-to-none. They always remember me, always treat me like I’m the only customer in their packed store, and are always full of knowledgeable advice! Their COVID safety measures are also quite impressive (e.g., taking appointments over the phone, masks, two meter distance). An Oxford institution this fish store!

Barry at the Goldfish Bowl, Oxford, gives excellent advice, in our case, about pond management. Our outdoor pond was plagued with angel hair overgrowth after the pond was renovated and lost a gunnera canopy. We tried every imaginable blanket weed cure without success. Barry recommended a chemical treatment and an external UV filtration pump, a brilliant solution. Many thanks, Barry!

Been to the goldfish bowl today travelled up from Cornwall was definitely worth the trip all the staff really friendly James was so full of information and couldn’t help us enough. Barry was great and gave us information. Couldn’t recommend this place anymore please visit prices are great and huge stock or marine fish corals and fresh water fish AMAZING 😊😊 Thank you all
