I am a new patient at this surgery. I recently went in explained my situation. The two receptionists listened with kindness and understanding. They then took the time to speak to a doctor. My prescription was then handed to the pharmacy, where a lovely young lady handed me my medication!! I'm overwhelmed at the service here. Total opposite to the doctors practice I was registered to before!! Thank you again!

phone is answered quickly by reception , very polite , explain situation , very efficient and great patient care .... you are amazing ... ! after living in surrey all our lives ... and waiting sometimes 3 weeks to be seen ...
