What fantastic service! I was very impressed with the staff I met during my visit today. The female opthalmologist was very helpful and took time to explain everything, I went home really feeling looked after and informed. The young woman who greeted me and did my pre assessments was lovely too. I am most grateful to you for helping me today and seeing me a such short notice. Thank you very much.

Used to be such a great shop but now it's very unorganised. Went for a eye sight test and needed glasses and contact lenses. It would seem that the trial contact lenses did not turn up. Were they ordered is another question. Choose my glasses and 10 days later tried them for a few days left a message on the answer machine to say go ahead and order the 2nd pair. Three days later was rang by them asking if they were ok. So obviously never check the answer machine as I have left message to call me back before and never get called back even though on the message it says they will call within a hour, thats a joke. I got my 2nd pair and they were fine. Was away on holiday to find the glass were coming out the top. Rang up booked a appointment and went back. 1st they would not let me in the store, which to me is rude when I have a appointment. Then told there was nothing wrong with them it was normal to have a lip. When I said that the other ones were not like this and had I been told this would happen I would not have got that frame. Was told the first ones were thinned. Well I paid money to have the 2nd pair thinned too. This was all on the door step of the store. She went back and agreed for the lab tech to have a look and call me back. I've left the glasses and if they can't fix it I want either a different frame or refund.

My daughter achieved her final qualification under Rama’s supervision and guidance. He was very helpful and treated his staff like his family members. He allocated his own time to train his staff and allowed extra time to practice and prepare for exams. I have myself had eye tests at this store. I found the staff very helpful and friendly and the service excellent. I would highly recommend this store to others
