The Staff here are Truly Amazing and Awesome. And very Professional in their role. I recently collected 2 pairs of Glasses from store. Debs looked after me exceptionally well. UPDATE. After speaking to Valerie Salmon, Customer Service, we came to an agreement where by I return my glasses but as I had a 2 for 1 offer , I paid for the sunglasses with 20% off for over 60's and a refund was given for the remaining amount paid. Specsavers is going downhill. Waited 9 months for glassed to be correct, but still not right. Lock down did not help. One member of staff was very helpful and saw her a few times but in the end I just called it day. Waiting 2 weeks each time was a pain, having to keep going to the store. I have written to the manager, to ask for a refund. It was a lot of money for a pair of glasses I cannot wear and in 3 months time I am due for another eye test.

I rang the Bridgwater branch as I had problems with my eyes and was very concerned, the lady I spoke to arranged an appointment for the same day as an emergency. I'm sorry to say I have forgotten the gentlemans name who saw me but he was wonderful, and the tests were comprehensive. The whole team there are friendly, efficient and welcoming, cannot thank them enough.
