Took my elderly father here as he was struggling with his feet, and the service we received for Jeanette was outstanding. He told me it was the best his feet had felt in years. Can't thank her enough!!

I cannot comment on the standard of podiatry but what I can say is that I have never ever been expected to wait outside for upwards of 10 minutes in a temperature of 4 degrees, while the incumbents inside have their lunch, apparently in the waiting room. If you wish to have lunch please either do so in your practice rooms so leaving the waiting room free for clients or do not accept appointments for a fifteen minute window either side of 1.00 -2.00 pm. Do not agree an appointment time of 2.00 expect people to arrive promptly and expect your clients to wait outside! I was not alone in this regard. Totally unprofessional for healthcare practitioners! I left.
