Sells on eBay under cloud nine furniture. Shocking company with embarrassing customer service, that lie through their teeth when you try to escalate. Took 6 days to speak to a manager, and was told they were on holiday by one person and sick by the next. Guy I spoke to didn't even know what day of the week it was. Next day delivery is an utter lie. Raise a case to get anything done on eBay, contacting the seller is useless.

DO NOT EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE THIEVES. WE PAID £500 FOR TWO BEDS AND A MATTRESS. THEY DID NOT SEND OUT ANY ITEMS AND REFUSED TO GIVE ME A REFUND. THEY WILL TELL YOU LIE AFTER LIE ON THE PHONE TO FOB YOU OFF. HOW ON EARTH ARE THEY GETTING AWAY WITH THIS. WE ARE NOW £500 OUT OF POCKET WITH NO GOODS AND THEY REFUSE TO OFFER A REFUND. WE ARE TAKING THEM TO TRADING STANDARDS. SAVE YOURSELF THE DISTESS THESE PEOPLE CAUSE AND PURCHASE FROM A MORE REPUTABLE COMPANY

So unhelpful. I asked for help for some spare parts for a bed which they import, at every turn I was told no. Firstly because they didn't sell me the bed directly (what difference does that make?); then when I asked if they could put me in touch with the manufacturer so I could buy the parts directly they refused to give me the information (it's against policy. Presumably the policy against actually being helpful). I'm not trying to set up a rival business importing beds, I'm just a guy looking for 2 small spares. Any company with a policy against that should be given a wide berth.

This company are an absolute disgrace! First they ring on Monday the day the mattress was supposed to be delivered saying that the couriers can't locate it, first day off work wasted; then didn't call back as promised to update me on delivery for Tuesday so another day off work; when I called them at 11.30am on Tuesday I was told the couriers haven't updated their website so I said I wanted a refund as I need the mattress for guests who are coming for Christmas; I was told I couldn't have a refund as a) they have to give the couriers 3 days to find it and b) they won't refund until they get the mattress back. Now considering the couriers appear to have lost it when is that likely to be? I am now left to go and find a mattress today for my family that are arriving for Christmas tonight! They sell on eBay as Cloud Nine Furniture, avoid buying anything from this appalling company, I will certainly suggest they are removed as a seller from eBay. Incidentally using eBay's money back guarantee I will at least get my money back in 8 days. Due to there dreadful customer service I begrudge leaving one star and wouldn't if I had an option for zero!
