Are you looking for a good gym? Then stop looking, I have a lot of experience trying different gyms and I never found a gym with this quality. On this gym you are not a number, you are a friend and part of a community. Elisabeth and Ben really care about the gym members speaking personally with everyone, encouraging everyone to push beyond their limits This is not a boring place where you go to lift boring weights, here all the classes are guided and designed for that you get your objectives done. It's definitely the best quality classes I've ever seen, they make you enjoy and have fun doing exercise. I don't have words to describe how it is. Try it and will understand what I'm saying.

This month I took part in a 28-day fitness challenge at BM Barbell & Fitness. Everyone made me feel so welcome right from the start, and although the workouts can be gruelling they are also very addictive and I left every session feeling so much better than when I walked in. It's been great for my mental health as well as my physical health, and the sense of community is definitely a big part of that. Elizabeth, our coach, was fantastic - she's extremely knowledgeable and friendly and has helped me so much with my goals for nutrition in particular. My enthusiam for fitness has been renewed, and I'm more determined than ever to continue the hard work. I would recommend the classes to everyone, whether you're a complete beginner with no fitness background, or someone looking to improve and set specific goals.
