I recommend Magenta in Oxford highly. From the beginning the booking process was simple, and handled with courtesy , friendliness and a distinctly personal touch that I have not experienced with other storage businesses. While other online businesses badgered me by email and phone relentlessly, Magenta were much more considered. Jeremy at Botley road, was a pleasure to deal with, and made what was a stressful house move much easier.
The location is great opposite Waitrose in Oxford, and there is always parking, even on weekends and busy periods. The units are very reasonably priced and I was offered a great deal on a short term unit. Magenta also sells boxes and packing materials, which were fantastic for an emergency. The reception area even has an espresso machine for customers, which was really appreciated.
A great friendly, customer-focused service. Highly recommended.

All inclusive (VAT+Insurance included), secured with a 24/7 16 cameras, moniterd at all times. Open 7 days a week as well as exceptional helpful staff members, I couldn't have asked for more. Would recommend to anyone and would use again personally without hesitation should the need arise.
Exceptional staff. Very polite, accommodating and always willing to help. Have been a customer for over three years and would not go anywhere else! Plus the location makes it much easier to use the unit on an ongoing basis.
