Excellent surgery, helpful staff, even in these different/difficult times. Would have no hesitation in recommending this surgery.
I thought the doctors and nurse's was amazing and very professional and the reception staff was very helpful at the time but do need a little more training

I simply thought I would pop in to explain the situation.
Allowing for the fact everyone must be overworked at the moment is the reason for 2 stars not 1.

I moved from another surgery as had problems there with unhelpful staff and difficulty in getting appointments. I have found all the staff at College Way helpful and friendly. Am able to get appt with relative ease for chronic conditions. So glad I moved!
