I won't bore you with the details, but I have had ongoing ear troubles for a long time, I have been referred (very slowly) to the wrong department by my GP surgery. Luckily, Louisa took the time to listen to my symptoms and wrote a letter for me to get a proper referral. This was all done within a free hearing test which I really was not expecting. It is nice to have someone taking the time to diagnose your problem and willing to go that little bit further to help you.
I will probably need a hearing aid in future, and this is where I will go. Absolutely fantastic service.
