Superb staff, wonderful manager - extremely professional and nothing is too much trouble. Even when they're busy, they keep calm and do the best they can. This is definitely the best branch I've been to as they're extremely accomodating and helpful with issues such as broken frames, consistently repairing mine quickly and then offering me a full replacement frame and lenses of my choice for free. Couldn't be happier.

Nothing is too much trouble here. Everyone is very friendly and helpful - not just during the eye test but also offering good advice re frames and when carrying out in life servicing of glasses. And the prices offer very good value for money in comparison to some other opticians.
