Absolutely disgusting. I went yesterday to purchase live food for my reptiles. The food they had, half in each box were dead. So I politely asked if they could be reduced accordingly. I was told they would be taken off sale. After a few minutes I decided I would return and purchase an alternative. And they were picking the dead ones out and returning them to the shelf for sale. (At full price). Never have I purchased live food with brown rotten lettuce in. But thats what was in the live food there(but was dead live food). And his attitude left a lot to be desired. Avoid
Lovely selection of natural to treats for the dogs! The dog's favourite store!
I would not normally leave a review however I was appalled by the level of customer service received by Simon in this Pets Corner. An extremely rude man.
The staff at this store are so helpful. I was having trouble finding a food for my very fussy dog. Speaking to the staff they suggested one to try and she has really settled on it, which I am so pleased to have found a good food she likes and is good for her.
Lovely shop..... The lady with with the dark hair I think her name was Carrie.. She was very helpful and took the time to explain all the different types of food I could give my pets. I will be back!
