My 3 year old son loved climbing up the muddy hills. Very beautiful place. We are looking forward to visiting again soon 😍

Really nice but of nature, not a huge size but good for a little walk. 100% bring your wellies/walking boots and be prepared for some steep slopes.

A perfect place to be close to nature. Don't forget to bring rain and mud proof shoes

Amazing little place for walks. Very muddy and slippery. Make sure you have walking boots or wellies!!

An absolute hidden gem. I've been going there since my childhood and it has always been gorgeous. In summer or winter, it has the feel of somewhere miles out in the countryside, even though it is right next to the ring road. If you walk all the way up you come out at Shotover, or there is a beautiful 20min walk round the large pond/small lake. Free parking in Risinghurst makes it very easy to go to, I would say I wouldn't recommend it for those with walking impairments as it is all up hill. If you're thinking about going there, absolute go there. It's beautiful.
