Never get past the receptionist. On several occasion trying to explain what an ectopic pregnancy and the seriousness of talking to a GP is... my favourite time was when I got knocked out with possible concussion and couldn’t get in. All occasions end up at the hospital as I can never see a doctor . Receptionists and GPS are the reason the hospitals are full!

No matter what time you call, always busy or hang up instantly. Need to order more antidepressants each month, but I need to talk to a doctor first. Some days I go 2-3 days without my antidepressants because it takes a week to even get in contact with the administration office. Absolutely terrible.

I have always found this practice to be most helpful. The doctors are great, Dr Gemma Canning and Dr Sarah Wright very caring and informative. The flu vaccine process was very well orgnaised by the team. Well done in this current climate.

Honestly I despair of some people shouting about the NHS and doctors/nurses/staff at the height of a pandemic keeping people safe and working absolutely crazy hours. Only ever found the practice to be great. Referred me for a minor hand operation with no problems. I used online for physio on a knee injury at same time. Bang on time calling me. Staff are great!

Doctors and nurses are great, the admin office staff are a completely different story.
