Appointment was to check my hearing aids, after 12 months. Seen by Craig, who is always friendly, helpful and technically competent. He updated the software on the aids and completed a physical examination on them.

Tony was great throughout the whole time, very helpful explaining everything answered all are questions would recommend them with out hesitation.
I was invited for a routine hearing check. What I got was a sales pitch for upgraded hearing aids priced at £5,000 which on research were being priced by competitors at £2,995. My Oticon aids were upgraded two years ago for a similar amount, no offer of a trade in and a deeply inflated price. Shop around is my advice. PS I didn’t get a hearing test!

Did more than their jobs worth at Hidden Hearing in Lichfield
All the staff are extremely pleasant, friendly and efficient. Special note should be made of the two male members of staff who drove 200 miles for my follow-up after having new hearing aids fitted. I was speechless that anyone would be prepared to do this. Unbelievable service !! The aids are working superbly, and I am hearing things that I have not heard in many years. I can not recommend the Lichfield branch of Hidden Hearing highly enough. Faultless ... nothing too much trouble.
