Best gym in Cardiff. Friendly staff, very clean and new equipment. Great atmosphere, much easier to get onto equipment than it is at most other gyms I tried in Cardiff.
Very friendly. Always made to feel welcome and a good selection of equipment. The manager and his team are really happy to help and give advice if your unsure of something in the gym and they show you how to use the equipment if your struggling. Never a dull moment here!!
Lovely gym, everything that you need for a good workout. Plenty of showers as well. James is so nice and always helpful if you need anything. Can't wait to go back!
