I attend the ladies only session and feel it is a great way to keep fit whilst learning new skills. The instructor Alannah is great at what she does and always makes us feel at ease. This is a great place to attend.
Everything about this academy is fantastic. Great coaches and assistants with the ability to communicate and demonstrate kickboxing at all levels and to all age groups. Vast array of high quality equipment available for all to use... repeated classes throughout the week and weekend giving flexibility to all.. and a very happy, family atmosphere each and every time I attend. Perfect introduction into kickboxing 👌🏻
Really enjoying taking classes at Evolution. Everyone is so friendly, I was nervous to try out kickboxing but as soon as I arrived the guys that run it put me as ease they are so welcoming. It's a great work out but it's fun & because you are concentrating on techniques & diffrent combinations of movements you hardly notice that your getting a good work out. I can highly recommend .
Great armosphere with dedicated passionate coaches. The classes are fun but you really get a sweat on. After watching my son for a few weeks I had a go myself and loved it. Everyone is friendly with ages from ranging from early teens to 40's, male and female. Great fun way to get fit and learn a new skill
I started training with Evolution about 6 months ago and I cannot complain. I have trained with a number of boxing, kickboxing and MMA gyms and I must admit I've never had such good training. The coaches seem to know exactly what you need to learn at the right times. I must say, I've improved so much in such a short space of time and it is due to the amazing coaches at the gym. 5 Stars! Will be with this gym for a long time!
