We always lifted the weights one week we did it women came over and asked us to stop so we did but other days we lift weights
Staff are really helpful, polite and approachable, have used the Eastern Leisure Centre for many years and any issues I've had have always been dealt with immediately.
Keep up the good work, it's much appreciated.
Lovely to see the staff all chipping in and showing pride in keeping the changing rooms spotlessly clean. They could teach the actual cleaners a thing or two....

Excellent leisure centre, well equipped and spacious. Good choice of classes, however I prefer to use the main gym. Good variation of cardio machines, weight machines and free weights. Highly recommend a visit, I have been a member of private gyms in the past but this is far better value and just as well equipped.
This is an awesome class.
I've attended it for a while now. Gareth and Kieran are brilliant instructors who make you feel welcomed from the start.
You will learn self-defence on a way that enables you to feel more confident if an unfortunate incident was to ever occur.
This is great personal development through learning a truly interesting martial art.
High recommended.
I visit Eastern leisure centre a few times a week. I love the aquafit classes an I visit the gym when I can.
