The BEST gym I've been too! I've been part of TG for over a year now and have noticed such an improvement in my strength and fitness. The support from Brad and all the members is amazing. TG is such a community and I am so grateful to be a part of it.

Friendly, inclusive CF style box. Great coaching with appropriate scaling. Perfect for a drop in when visiting Cardiff (as I was) or for long term fitness.

Started here almost 5 weeks ago and what a journey it has been! I can honestly say I am ADDICTED to CrossFit! I started with the induction course that brad offers which provides all the fundamental knowledge for each movement and prepares you for the classes. To me this felt important to ensure I could avoid injury’s. The classes are fantastic with such an encouraging, supportive atmosphere. I feel able to ask anyone a question because I have felt nothing but welcome. It’s such an inclusive environment everyone is always willing to help. Brad is an awesome coach he is always able to push me that bit further to get the result I need. He offers such a varied, dynamic coaching program that I’m always feeling challenged and never bored! I can’t honestly see a life without T/G 😊 come along and do a taster session what have you got to lose!

Very welcoming gym, Brad will take the time to personally induct you into CrossFit. The workout programming caters for everyone’s needs, whether you’re a beginner or competitive athlete. Brad and the other gym members are always willing to give advice and help you progress the movements/skills. The gym environment will push you to work hard and keep you coming back for more. I started CrossFit 6 months ago, lost around 10kg and my fitness has improved as a result. At the very least worth giving the induction course a go!
