Best place to get shredded
I've been going to SOS on an off for over a year, they have recently had a big makeover with lots of decent equipment. I've had sessions with Rogan who has been brilliant in helping me lose weight and the rest of the team there are always friendly and approachable. Great place to train and definately recommend Rogan for personal training session!
