Brilliant gym. Every piece of equipment you could ask for. Friendly and very welcoming. Also, an independent so worth supporting.
Fantastic gym with a welcoming smile. The owners Cath & Dave treat you like family. Lots of fitness equipment and weights for even the most hardcore bodybuilders. The gym have produced many champions in the bodybuilding world over the years. The also have personal trainers if required.
