Great doctors. Been coming here for years. Doctor S Linney is absolutely fantastic. Thank you for all your kind hard work. Doctor Martin is all so a very very good doctor. Im so fortunate to have such a good doctors, receptionists and pharmacists. Thank you 🤗

I am speaking only of reception desk staff. The most unhelpful and unfriendliest. They need to learn some customer service skills! Going to the doctors is never a pleasant experience, being ill is not pleasant but when greeted by staff who give the impression they would rather be anywhere else and you as a patient are a nuisance, it makes the whole experience 10 times worse! No pride in what they do. I've now changed doctors and the reception team are just lovely.

When we hear of folks waiting 2 weeks to see a doctor or a week to see a practice nurse, we thank our lucky stars we are registered with the Higherland Surgery. We find the Doctors, Nurses and Reception staff, all very helpful, not now and then but always, and could not ask for more. As a bonus there is the attached Pharmacy where Ash and his staff again, are always very helpful, with very long opening times even over the weekends there are no long queues. There is also convenient on-site parking and if this is full, you are able to park closely on a nearby street.

My wife and I have been attending this practice for many years. And have to speak as I find, all support members of the surgery, faultless , extremely helpful courteous, and understanding. As to medical staff again 100% professional, from doctors to nurses. My wife is very poorly so I attend the surgery on a regular basis, and therefore feel confident my assessment is factual. Please keep up the good work, and thank you

Really rude office manager saying it was strange that needed an appointment after stating my address and where I’m located. I’ve used this doctors for years and also my mum and nana are both registered here. Trying to book an appointment is like a interview process and like something major impossible. I could easily register somewhere else in a minute. The questioning and rudeness is just not needed. :-) I think you should “address” your process.
