I have found the doctors knowledgeable and meticulous in their care. I have never found it difficult to get an appointment. The nurses are very good and receptionists are pleasant. They also put more information on patient access website, such as test results, than other practices

Great doctors unfortunately only sometimes get in if it's an emergency. Not a chance getting an appointment in the day if you phone.even at 8.30. Otherwise very good.

Ring at 8.45 as website says that's what time they open. Sit on phone for 15 minutes to be told there are no appointments and to call back at 11.30 to see if there any cancellations! Have more people answering the phones and I may have git one!

Staff are friendly and helpful, but what's the point in even going when its a 3 week wait for an appointment? You have to predict when you are going to be ill. The only way to get one quicker is to show up within the first 10 minutes of them opening and book on the day, which is impossible if you have a full time job or have a condition which makes travelling very difficult. You can ring but you won't ever get through in time, by the time you get through, all of the appointments for the day will have gone. There are obviously far too many patients on the books to reasonably cope with. One of these days someone is going to come down with something major, not be able to get in to see a doctor and die as a result. Don't think it's the staff's fault either, it's all the government cuts crippling the nhs. I imagine this sort of thing is happening all across the country.
