The 2020 Flu Vaccination delivered by a no appointment, walk up, system was a tremendous success. I happened to forget my Covid face mask but the receptionist simply gave me one and told me to proceed. First class service in a very busy practice.
Friendly helpful staff, caring helpful practitioners who listen to the patients and offer good advice. The biggest problem with the practice is the patients who take appointments when they could go to a pharmacy and worst of all patients who don't turn up for appointments who not only block appointments but also cost the practice thousands of pounds a year.
Got an appointment sraight away telephoned the surgery when I arrived outside doctor came out to me in face masks for both of us escorted me in very efficient
As always I had an excellent appointment with the very Concerned, Polite and Professional Dr Tarar. Supported by an Excellent Reception Staff!!
Always treated with respect and manage to get an appointment when needed. Very helpful reception staff.
