Very friendly staff in the shop, always willing to help, to offer advice, offer to help fit coats etc. and they always come and talk to us, say hi to the dogs, when we have our two in for a groom. The groomers are amazing too, they do a fantastic job with our two, even when matted, they have the patience and skill to work through this and they always look amazing afterwards. Thank you.
I can only echo what's already been said many times. A very good pet shop with plenty of choice. But what makes it outstanding is most definitely the staff. They are very knowledgeable about their products, and extremely friendly and helpful. I have had to have special orders for years and they have always managed to get them quickly. And they ring when they're in.
One of the friendliest pet stores we've ever visited, stumbled upon it whilst on a walk and ended up buying our dog a lovely winter coat. We'd definitely return when in Lichfield next.
We used the grooming parlour they are super friendly as are the shop staff .they all showed great interest in our dog (summer) and her story .
This is the most wonderful pet store I believe you could go to. All the staff here are so kind and friendly, not to mention, they do grooming and have fantastic puppy training classes. Our little beagle puppy has not long graduated and, while he is still young, he has made such improvements! He is so much more obedient and attentive, all thanks to the lovely trainer here. We'll definitely continue to come here for all things puppy related! 😊
