The team here are very helpful. We wnet new years eve looking at getting some fish but we are amateurs. The one girl (didn't catch her name) was so informative and helpful that we left feeling like we had a clue what we were doing. We then returned two days later to collect the fish once our tank was ready and again they were very helpful. With being in tier 4, they only allow a certain number of people in and it is well operated. Feels very safe in there. Thank you.

Whenever we go it's always clean, well stocked with staff that go out of their way to help, it's very refreshing and can see why the company were awarded best place to work for a couple of years or so ago. There can sometimes be a bit of a wait at the till but there's no foot tapping or huffing- because everyone is enjoying their easy and pleasant shopping experience! Good variety of products, whatever the animal and there is the vets4pets also. This shop is bang on with its response to the pandemic- there has always been a system in place and still they are monitoring numbers of customers in the store and requesting people queue outside and a one way system exists. There is social distancing (hurrah, first review I can say this!) and there is also a click and collect service online.

It's ok. One star due to pricing. you can buy hamster, Guinea pigs, cats,dogs stuff one third of the Pets at home price in Wilko! Staff is nice welcoming, so added one more star :) lol

Never gets that busy,car park small,but always manage to park.Today queue outside,but that's to be expected, I waited no more than 6mins.
