Brilliant service
Lovely place, great selection and the tropical fish room is immense. Carries a large range of stock and the staff are always happy to help. May not suit those looking for marine care/ help but I'm sure they're educated in that as wll

Knowledgeable and helpful staff
Didn't visit the water life, but visited the garden centre and I've given it 2 stars because we visited the restaurant and I watched a waitress clearing and cleaning tables and then going into the kitchen area for less than 10 seconds (timed) and bringing out fresh food for customers with no gloves or anything on her hands. The time she was in the kitchen for there was no way she could have washed her hands 🤮🤮. It's bad enough doing that in normal times but with the situation we are in now beggar's belief.
