Saddened as what started as a good experience quickly (well not that quick) turned into a big disappointment. Bought a 200g bag of nitrate reduction resin (waiting to see if it works) for £20 and had to pay £6 for delivery. Phoned the owner to check delivery times and was told it would be sent Friday pm 1st class, package arrived the following Wednesday 2nd class. Emailed on the Wednesday to explain my disappointment and as of Friday evening I've not had a reply. Will not be using them again.
Carl's customer service is second to none. I rang him as I wasn't sure exactly what product I needed and he talked me through it all and recommended a cheaper product than what I was going to purchase.
As for the products I purchased they are extremely well made and do exactly what they are meant to do.
I can't recommended countryside aquatics enough!!!

I have had the c3 crystal clear in my tank for a month now and all I can say its brilliant stuff 0 nitrate and spotless water
