All good with this pet supplier as I had a problem finding the product I wanted. So glad I stumbled across Newcastle Pet Supplies as they, fortunately, had the product I wanted. Despatched it very quickly at reasonable postage. Would recommend this store.
First time using this pet store and it was brilliant. The hamster food is a lovely mix with all kinds of healthy and fun nibbles in. Will definitely be back. Very helpful staff and nice store layout.

This pet shop has great supplies and good value HOWEVER!!..
I’m a single mum of three kids, 4,8&9. We were the only ones in the shop on 6/8/20. I was told I could only bring one child in! The others I asked them to stay in the door way and left enough room so I could see them. The ladies said they couldn’t stand there or anywhere near the shop and asked my young children to stand near a dark alleyway out of view! In the meantime let another person in!!! They were rude and made my young children stand outside away from the shop and spoke nasty to them. Never experienced such awful prejudice to a single mother in all my life!!!! . .
