Great supermarket. Staff always super helpful and patient. Produce always fresh and lots of variety. Fish and meat excellent quality and choice too.
It was absolutely freezing inside, felt like we were shopping inside a freezer. Couldn't wait to get out, maybe that's the idea !! Customer service poor, I picked up a make up pallet that said it was £3 on the ticket but when I got it to the till it was scanning at £8. The assistant checked it for me and the wrong ticket had been put in front of them but he wouldn't honor the price he also didn't bring me the product that was £3 so I didn't know what the difference was. Felt annoyed and cold as I left the store. On the plus side monkey shoulder whiskey was on offer so I could warm up when I got home lol
Visited the Thompson. The dude gave a 5 star CS like its common. Totally recommend.
Always a pleasant place to visit at any time of the week. Never disappointed when we go in, they have a great selection of pies, pasties and hot food!
Today I went to Morrisons to get some fish for my friend who have to stay indoor. However I could not select any because the type of fish my friend wants was not on today. When I decided to take photos and send it to my friend to select what she wants, the staff reject me and told me I don't allow to take photos with very annoyed face expression and tone. I am confused....do I miss any rules or laws in Morrisons which I am not aware of? Can anyone tell me about it?
