Absolute shambles as always. Completely impossible to get through by telephone, unable to go in person due to covid and unable to make the request online. What am i supposed to do ? It's completely unacceptable yet again.

I just wanted to say thank you for everyone's help today at the surgery. I had a F2F for a dressing change post hip surgery today. Everyone was brilliant, the nurse I saw took loads of time to make sure I was OK both physically and mentally post surgery, and also ensured I was managing at home with dressing and eating etc. I can't thank you enough as you all put me at ease, I was quite anxious about my visit as I have remained self-isolating post surgery to ensure my recovery goes as smoothly as possible, the process on arrival was clear, temperature taken and hand sanitising station at the ready and then clear paths to follow to my destination with zero touch points from entry to destination. Well done Mansion house you exceeded my expectations

i sat by my phone from 8 till nearly 2 pm could not get through i walked spoke to receptionist to be told all appointments gone i said i need to speak to a doctor if i can't see one again booked,i was told ring 111.i went into the chemist broke down,I'm 75,caring for my 85 year old husband with alzhimers.i wanted to see a doctor to check a swelling and an ongoing medical problem.im in pieces so much for the advert see a doctor if your worried can't even get to a receptionist.i was told to go walk in centre by chemist thats miles away i can't leave my husband i can't drive,what a scary system.all over covid people are not being seen when urgent.even .

Can never get through for appointments or results, had to call for over 45 minutes and hit re-dial for 233 times before i go through. Thankfully i work at home and can do this, many will not be able to. Such a poorly managed service, the staff were very nice when i spoke with them but clearly a resourcing issue in reception/phone services.

If my friend is 64 yrs of age, why has she just been told by a member of staff on the dedicated flu appointment line, that she's not eligible? I thought this year everyone over 50 yrs was to be vaccinated. Plus they have 4 dates in November for the vaccinations for the under 65's, on their website.
