Not serious. I am really disappointed with the service. I order 3 types of carpets. It took more than 6 weeks to be delivered and installed. As the 1st fitting appointment was cancelled then postponed. Also, I have been made aware few days before the fitting that the one of the carpet will not be delivered due to issue with the manufacturer. Other carpets have been fitted since the 9th of December. I am still chasing and waiting for a feedback from SCS Stafford regarding the 3rd carpet. Having now one of my room without carpet for 4 months. I will not go back there in future.

To start my review I needed a new recliner chair and popped into SCS my first time going it alone I felt a bit anxious but need not have the staff left me alone for a wander around soon found a recliner to fit me perfectly extremely good quality leather much better than a leather suite that was purchased from Furniture Village not a cheap suite either the faults started straight away bad quality once in situ, the staff where very good at sorting it all out for me and with an offer of 20 percent of carpets as I had purchased a piece of furniture I went back a week later and ordered a new carpet . Five star service would recommend . from home alone NAN.

Tried to do online first it said someone would contact me in the time frame chosen, over a week later someone contacts me out of the time frame. However, I had already been in store after a couple of days of not hearing anything. In store experience was good was shown around the settee again then completed buying it. My only problem is that I wasn’t shown finance agreement or wasn’t told full price with warranty out taken out seen on my emails after sale. I had been in the shop a couple of times at there Stafford store with a positive experience there was no pressure selling and always on hand for questions.

We didn't feel hassled but were not abandoned. Clean. One way workable system. Our children wernt a problem. Were patient and not pushy.

Great service, Amanda greeted me at the door where there was a sanitiser table . I had seen the sofa I wanted online but obviously needed to see and sit on it before buying. Amanda was very informative and helpful. Social distancing was adhered to at all times.
