Wow. Absolutely fab. I am busy setting up my first marine tank & Jack & the team at coast aquatics have been great. Every question I had has been answered & the level of support I am receiving is second to none (trust me I am totally new to this hobby and need all the support I can get) Nothing is to much trouble for these guys. Highly recommended 👍 Shop is very well stocked & if they haven’t got something I need, they will source it for me 👍

Coast is a asset to their location and to the hobby. Helpful, polite and knowledge of everything water related. Always has time for there customers and all live stock looks incredibly healthy. Stand out staff member is jack he will always give you the most recent and relevant information and what he dose not know he will always take the time to investigate for you.

Amazing place. Was looking to set up my own fresh water tropical aquarium and the staff couldn't be more helpful every question I asked the had the answer without hesitation . Couldn't really argue with the prices. Will defo be returning

Worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Ordered an internal filter system via Amazon which arrived in an unusable condition due to missing parts. I contacted the Company to see if they could supply the missing parts, or wanted me to return the item. Received no response from them. I then requested a return. Again no response from them. I then made a claim through Amazon for a refund. At which point, the Company sent a label for me to return it for a refund. I returned the item, which was received by them last Monday and I sent an enquiry as to when the refund would be made. Still no response from the Company and importantly still waiting for the refund. From the return address, it is clear that this is a Company which goes under a number of different names and are registered at Companies House under a totally different name again. I don't know what the Company is like for customers visiting their shop and taking the goods with them that they purchase, but for anybody buying online under any of their Company names, they clearly think they are exempt from following the law in relation to customers legal rights. I would strongly suggest that you avoid this Company if you are not able to have (and check) any purchases at the point you are making payment.
