Anne-Marie is a wonderful teacher and I feel so fortunate to have discovered her and Pilates. Her instructions are clear and concise, whether I have a zoom class or a studio class there is no hiding!!! If you haven't tried Pilates before I would highly recommend Prior Pilates, give it a go you will love it!

Rediscovered the true benefits of Pilates after several years trying different classes. Anne-Marie provides excellent professional friendly personal 121 tuition and guidance with exercises tailored to individual need. Feel safe and stretched at the same time. The studio is bright, clean, calm and airy. After the first session , I felt “ unscrunched “ and lighter. Each subsequent session my flexibility has improved.Thanks Anne - Marie !

Always a joy to spend an hour at the studio with Anne-Marie. Her knowledge and expertise, not to mention her diligence and patience in tailoring the session to you as an individual is exceptional. New equipment is being installed to add to the already fabulous experience... cannot wait to get back and have no hesitation in recommending Anne-Marie / Prior Pilates. She is FAB U LOUS xx

I love my 'me' time here. The studio is very calming and relaxing. Anne-Marie tailored my sessions to address my 'problem' areas and I leave each session feeling much stronger. Highly recommend!

My Pilates journey started with Anne-Marie a few years ago with mat classes. It continued on into her studio, initially with 60 mins one to one training then moving onto a trio class. With the studio opening in an evening it was perfect to fit round work. I had suffered with ‘tech neck’ and lower back stiffness so Anne-Marie focussed on these areas improving my strength and flexibility. At first the equipment in the studio looked intimidating but with Anne-Marie’s help it was easy to navigate. The use of the pulley and spring system and props such as leg weights and dumb bells made the classes interesting and fun. The pace of the classes was slow and controlled and I isolated muscles I didn’t know I had! With Anne-Marie’s skill and patience, I felt stronger: my shoulders felt more aligned and I always left the studio perceptibly straighter and carrying less tension. Despite the studio closing temporarily due to Coronavirus I have made full use of the on line Pilates classes which are perfect to dip into during the day. Pilates has improved my form to compliment my other exercises including walking and hula hooping. Thank you Anne-Marie for making my training sessions so enjoyable. Can’t wait to see you again in the studio.
