My kids brought 2 cold water fish each to add to there tank which already has fish in and within the space if a day all 4 were dead we ended up going to holybush to replace them to which days later they are still alive. I would not recommend buying fish from this shop and neither would the kids

Recently I brought 2 chinese dwarf hamsters and they seemed to be in great care when I was there.The staff were very friendly when I came and offered to help me carry the cage. I found a guinea pig I liked which had a bad eye and they said they would take take it to the vets for me which was nice of them. I would highly recommend people to go there!!

They knew nothing about the animals, I wasn't even told the sex of the pet I brought. Two days later we believe she has fleas. The cages the animals were kept in were filthy and the staff member was useless. It's a shame there isn't a 0 star option!

When I rang in I asked if they have any dwarf hamsters and she said "no thank u bye"
