Great shop with a fantastic range of fish, fish keeping products and hardscaping materials. Knowledgeable, helpful staff and reasonable prices. I'm also always interested to look at the reptiles in the back :)

A very good aquatics shop, with very knowledgeable, experienced and helpful people. Everyone I have been there, they have taken the time to to talk through our needs and help in whatever way they could. Not at all like some of the bigger aquatic shops in the area.

Absolutely love visiting the shop the staff are all awesome, they have tremendous expertise and are super friendly! We got our hognose from here and are in the process of getting their king snake. I've owned all sorts of exotic wildlife, reptiles to parrots and this is the best experience I've had. They care about you and the animals even more so which is so important in the pet trade!

A great place for fish and reptiles..always well stocked and very knowledgeable. Friendly staff who obviously love what they do makes this place a delight.. prices are great too..

well what can I say apart from outstanding!! Alex and the team were a massive part of my Step Son Jake's Christmas in 2019. They helped us order a 120 Litre topical fish tank for Jake. They came to the house and help set all the water up for us along with the heater and filter. Once the water was ready Jake went into the store with his Christmas money and chose fish, the welcome that Jake got by Alex and the team was amazing. Jake now has 3 pleco fish which are amazing and lots of other tropical fish and has made a lovely fish community. Every weekend we ask Jake what he would like to do and his response is can we go and see Alex and the fish :) Jake is 10 and is very excited to eventually work with Alex when he is old enough and also become a marine biologist and this is thanks to Alex and his team for making him so welcome at the shop.
