The staff aren't rude or anything. This is a just a management/staffing issue.
horrible place for delivery. Always take ages to be tipped not to mention about staff who is always rude and treat drivers like enemy's. The worse thing is that all ocado depots providing same standards

Ocado Dordon is the same as Ocado Hatfield & & every other of its RDC'S dreadfully slow do not expect to be in & out of there in any quick time fashion. There turn around time is not 90 minutes it's more like a minimum of at least 3 hours plus . Absolutely demoralising!!
