We come here every year for the winter wonderland experience, sometimes booking in extra activities. Our fourth time this year with our three boys aged 3, 6 and 12 and the grandparents came. We all had a lovely time, the little ones particularly loved the snow area with the mini slopes and the decorations were fantastic. The pantomime show was brilliant as always with the perfect amount of humour and fun for all. The animals were in lovely large clean enclosures with the opportunity to stroke some of the animals. The free carousel ride was a hit this year as well. We didn’t book extra activities this year but next year we want to do ice skating as well. We always book an earlier time slot to visit to enable us ease of parking and using facilities such as toilets, lockers and the restaurant. (It can be manic at peak times) I would recommend this place to all who love snow and some fun.

Amazing experience from start to finish! My daughters only 20 months but we all had an amazing time, she loved sitting on the sleigh and tubing down the little slides! The show was incredible brilliant for adults as well as children! The final section with animals and carousel was amazing. To think everything is included for such a small price! If your thinking about it just do it you won’t regret it!

Really lovely day, but I do feel a little longer in the snow would have made it even better! Also a few less people too, as it did feel busy, Especially in the theatre. Also less talking at the begining as it was very hot in the room before we went in. As everyone was wearing the warm weather gear and had to stand listening in a crowded room. The animals and carousel were a lovely surprise at the end as wasn't expecting it to be so big. The children enjoyed it very much but may try a somewhere different next year, a little less crowded.

Excellent morning out with my wife’s family. Everyone had a great time in snow play, then on to a great seasonal play followed by a more relaxed petting zoo and nice carousel ride to top it all off. We all brought a family picture to remind us of this great morning together! Already thinking of coming again next year! Was so good being able to have 16 people all out being active and having a good laugh.

Had a wonderful time at Santa's winter wonderland! We took my 6 year old and it was fab from start to finish. The snow play was brilliant with sledges and slides and plenty of snow for throwing. There was a pantomime afterwards which we didn't go to due to our frightened little boy but the staff were great and so accommodating and let us skip that part. Santa's village with the animals and carousel was brilliant too. Thanks for a great day!
