Friendly staff, an excellent selection of reptile and fish accessories and a lovely clean shop! I'd highly recommend to anyone looking for a great pet shop, even if your not local. Call ahead and ask for specific stock as they usually order it in.
I get the impression that this isn't a business, it's a passion, that happens to sell things.
The owners seem to contain encyclopedia levels of knowledge on any reptile or fish. And care about the animals they provide, when I enquired about a lizard Colin went through all the pros / cons, made me go away for a week, come back and say I still wanted one, before setting me up with all the equipment and sourcing the most wonderful animal for me to be picked up a week later.
Do not buy from this place i brought a air pump and it was basically sold with a plug that did not work and would be considered dangerous, brought it back and refused a refund.
